Rachel began her music career in the early 2010s in a pop-punk band, quickly discovering a talent for promoting and managing shows. She studied at JMC Academy and started managing Dear Seattle, growing alongside the band. Her career took off with roles at Chugg Entertainment and 123 Agency/VVV Mgmt, working on tours for Elton John, Dixie Chicks, Hanson, and Santana, while managing acts like Dear Seattle, Between You & Me, AViVA and Killing Heidi.
Now based in Adelaide, Rachel runs her own company, 27 Music, dedicated to developing emerging artists. Since relocating, she’s taken on talents like Teenage Joans and Mariae Cassandra—winners of Unearthed High in 2020 and 2024. She’s managed ARIA-nominated artists, secured national stadium tours with Foo Fighters, and led international tours. In recognition of her achievements, Rachel was named one of The Music Network’s 30 Under 30.
